"People shouldn’t be afraid of their governments, governments, should be afraid of their people” V. Something Apparently, Many Have Forgotten. EP.55
The Collapse of Britain? An Urgent Message for the UK and Beyond
Hello, Earnest Mann here. Today’s episode isn’t meant to attack—it’s meant to awaken. I’m speaking directly to my friends across the pond in the UK, but this message hits home for ordinary people worldwide facing rising rent prices, collapsing public services, and wages that can’t sustain life. If your country feels like it’s headed off a cliff, then listen closely. This one’s for you.
The Canary in the Coal Mine: What the UK's Crisis Reveals About the West
The UK, once a pillar of Western democracy, is now the canary in the coal mine. With the NHS crumbling, rents skyrocketing, and jobs drying up, the reality is harsh. But let’s be clear—it didn’t happen by accident. It’s the result of a decades-long economic betrayal, masked by false narratives and carried out by oligarch-funded governments that only serve corporate profit, not the people.
Feud Capitalism and the Theft of a Nation
You’ve been lied to. They told you there weren’t enough workers, so they opened the floodgates to asylum seekers—not for humanitarian reasons, but to replace you with cheap labor. This isn’t capitalism; it’s feudalism 2.0, or what I call feud capitalism. And under it, your healthcare, housing, and dignity are all expendable. What happened to HMS Victory is happening to modern Britain—sinking under weight it wasn’t built to carry.
From Thatcher to Today: When Protest Becomes Performance
When Margaret Thatcher, whom I call Satan’s harlot, took power, she ushered in a new age of austerity masked as patriotism. People protested. There were signs. Fires. A flipped police car. But she stayed in power. Why? Because outrage without action is performance, not revolution. If you want change, signs aren’t enough. Neither is nostalgia.
Breaking the VEGER Effect: Can You Hear Solutions You’ve Never Imagined?
Most people can’t recognize the answers because they’re still thinking inside the same broken paradigm. That’s the VEGER effect. And yet, I still offer these words—because someone, somewhere, is ready to stop believing lies and start imagining something radically better. If that's you, I'm talking to you.
The Time to Wake Up Is Now
This episode is for those with eyes to see and ears to hear. We’ve traded truth for comfort, and reality has come collecting. The question is, are you ready to face it?
I would like to meet - both online and in person - individuals interested in discussing ideas on what really needs to be changed, to improve the quality of our lives.

[0:00] Hello folks, my name is Ernest. Thank
[0:02] you for being here. Before I get going
[0:05] into this episode, I'm not intending to
[0:08] be critical just for the sake of being
[0:10] critical. As a matter of fact, it is
[0:13] intended to be helpful specifically to
[0:16] my relatives from across the pond.
[0:19] Although what I'm about to say is not
[0:21] necessarily specific just to the UK.
[0:25] It's for ordinary people anywhere. So,
[0:28] if your country is going to hell in a
[0:30] hand basket, please listen to the end. I
[0:33] can't give you money, but plenty of food
[0:36] for thought. Day in and day out, I am
[0:39] besieged by headlines and videos of how
[0:43] the US and other countries are going to
[0:46] hell in a hand basket.
[0:48] And I believe that certainly, for the
[0:51] most part, it's true. But because I
[0:55] don't have the audacity to make hour and
[0:57] a half videos speculating on whether or
[1:01] not Adolf Hitler had only one ball or if
[1:05] nihilism is mankind's answer to all
[1:08] their [ __ ] problems. I decided to
[1:11] make it short and sweet and talk about
[1:14] practical urgent problems in the UK.
[1:18] Now, I chose to talk about the UK in
[1:20] particular, as I see the UK as the
[1:23] proverbial canary in the coal mine. And
[1:26] if the UK can't get its shed together,
[1:29] it's very bad news for the future of any
[1:32] and all Western democracies
[1:35] and dare I say, civilization itself. I
[1:39] am not exaggerating. I mean exactly what
[1:43] I say. This ultimately comes down to the
[1:47] old adage of not seeing the forest for
[1:50] the trees. Please allow me to introduce
[1:54] you to the forest. But very briefly
[1:57] before I go into that pleasant stroll
[2:00] through the forest, if you're enjoying
[2:03] this episode, please subscribe and hit
[2:05] that notification bell so you won't miss
[2:08] an episode. And because the more
[2:11] subscriptions I get, the more people get
[2:14] to hear what they won't hear anywhere
[2:17] else. Now,
[2:20] I've watched quite a few videos from
[2:22] people in the UK. I believe they are
[2:26] well-meaning, but generally speaking,
[2:29] what most of them lack is clarity
[2:32] concerning the causes of their problems,
[2:35] let alone any viable and practical
[2:39] solutions. The NHS has become terrible.
[2:43] Some hospitals can't even afford basic
[2:46] maintenance, peeling, paint, and leaking
[2:49] roofs.
[2:51] Yes. And rent prices for even the
[2:55] shittiest flats are very expensive.
[2:59] People often having to double up in a
[3:02] studio.
[3:04] Yes. And
[3:07] there are no jobs to pay a living wage.
[3:10] Which few jobs there are are all taken
[3:13] up by the asylum seekers.
[3:17] Three quick unsolicited yet true
[3:20] answers.
[3:22] Your governmental representatives,
[3:25] regardless of so-called party
[3:27] affiliation, are bureaucrats on the
[3:29] payroll of oligarchs, corporate big
[3:33] business interest. And despite anything
[3:36] they may say other than your potential
[3:40] to be exploited to maximize greater
[3:43] profit, they don't give a [ __ ] about you
[3:46] in any way, shape, or form. It's
[3:49] feudalism reborn, known as feud
[3:54] capitalism.
[3:55] So, as a consequence, they don't give a
[3:58] [ __ ] about the NHS. They don't give a
[4:01] [ __ ] about your rent prices. And as far
[4:04] as jobs, paying a living wage,
[4:10] no, they don't give a [ __ ] about that
[4:13] either. especially when they have all
[4:17] those asylum seekers more than happy to
[4:21] work for total [ __ ] wages to maximize
[4:24] their profit.
[4:26] And way back when your government
[4:29] started importing these tens of
[4:32] thousands of asylum seekers, you
[4:35] actually fell for the [ __ ] that the
[4:38] government simply couldn't find enough
[4:41] workers.
[4:45] Oh, excuse me. Couldn't help but fall
[4:49] out of my chair laughing. You totally
[4:51] fell for that governmental/ big business
[4:54] PR masterpiece.
[4:57] They opened the floodgates to those poor
[5:00] and published, oppressed people as your
[5:04] [ __ ] job replacements. And you didn't
[5:07] see that coming?
[5:10] Now, Britain had for many years been
[5:12] famous throughout history for having the
[5:14] world's finest navy. So, if I were to
[5:17] use your ship HMS Victory as a metaphor
[5:22] for contemporary Britain, I would say to
[5:26] use an old nautical term, she's full of
[5:29] water up to the gunnels.
[5:32] Of course, this huge social and economic
[5:36] [ __ ] storm that you're now having to
[5:39] endure didn't happen overnight. It takes
[5:42] years, sometimes decades for great
[5:46] nations or even civilizations to
[5:48] collapse.
[5:50] But in the case of the UK, the seeds
[5:53] were sown and the explosive charges set
[5:57] when you allowed Satan's harlot to take
[6:00] residence at 10 Downing Street. Margaret
[6:04] Thatcher.
[6:06] I could go on forever, but I won't. I'll
[6:09] simply offer you necessarily oblique
[6:12] answers of what must be done. But I'm
[6:16] also bearing in mind that I am battling
[6:19] the VER effect. And in case you don't
[6:22] know what the veger effect is, it refers
[6:26] to when an idea or solution is given to
[6:30] a problem, but regardless of how
[6:33] rational, thought out, and well planned
[6:36] the idea is, it's completely ignored.
[6:39] Because the ideas are so foreign and/or
[6:43] radical to the person receiving the
[6:46] message whose thinking is totally
[6:49] confined and immersed into the current
[6:52] paradigm. They feel compelled to ignore
[6:55] or reject it.
[6:59] Yet once again here I go into the
[7:03] breach. So think about this.
[7:07] In the past, say at least 10 years ago
[7:10] or more, depending on your age, before
[7:14] anything had hit the critical stage as
[7:17] it is now in your once civil and
[7:21] beautiful country, when things started
[7:24] becoming push comes to shove, as they
[7:27] did when the dragon lady became your
[7:31] prime minister and demanded that quote,
[7:34] "We must all tighten our belts.
[7:37] We must all sacrifice. We must all do
[7:41] our duty."
[7:44] Which is tyrants speak for. We're going
[7:47] to take back everything you earned and
[7:49] everything you voted for, you worthless
[7:52] piece of [ __ ] peasants.
[7:55] When you heard of Satan's concubine's
[7:57] plans, what did you do? Now remember, I
[8:02] was around back then and my memory is
[8:05] still pretty good and I know I would
[8:08] absolutely remember if Britain's
[8:11] citizens would have blown up Parliament
[8:15] or thousands of Brits had been pissing
[8:18] on the door of 10 Downing Street or
[8:23] seizing the stolen funds from MPs and
[8:26] all British big business criminals. Yep,
[8:30] I would have definitely remembered that,
[8:33] but for the life of me, I'm simply not
[8:36] remembering any of that. What I do
[8:40] remember were mass rallies with signs.
[8:44] Lots of [ __ ] signs.
[8:47] Yes, just to demonstrate that even when
[8:50] Brits, famously known for their calm
[8:53] demeanor and stiff upper lip, are
[8:56] collectively being kicked square in the
[8:58] nuts by a thieving and tyrannical
[9:01] government, they are in fact capable of
[9:06] violence.
[9:08] In one particular case, I believe it
] might have been around:[9:15] I watched in absolute horror a spectacle
[9:19] of such incomparable violence that it
[9:22] has an official historical title. The
[9:26] Brits acting extremely badly incident.
] London:[9:33] Yes, I remember quite clearly. I was at
[9:37] a local watering hole talking to an old
[9:39] friend sitting next to me having a beer
[9:42] when all at once there was all this
[9:44] excitement over the television.
[9:48] Several guys calling out, "What the
[9:50] hell?" Then uncontrollable laughter.
[9:56] I looked up at the TV and I saw hundreds
[9:59] of people carrying signs. Many different
[:[10:05] not happy with Thatcher. But that was
[:[10:10] violence which was about to ensue.
[:[10:18] protesters converged on one area and
[:[10:24] blaze. Then I watched in horror as
[:[10:32] flames. And if that wasn't enough, a
[:[10:39] a police car back and forth until
[:[10:47] Up until that point in my life, I had
[:[10:53] indescribable courage in shutting down
[:[11:00] purpose of existence was to dispense
[:[11:06] indentured servitude on its citizens.
[:[11:14] in office until November of 1990.
[:[11:21] Reagan. Sorry.
[:[11:27] perfect trifecta of informative,
[:[11:33] you'll excuse me, I'm going to have a
[:[11:40] next time, this is Ernest and that's all
