Idiot Parade - Episode 372 RedLeg Piper - are you kidding me?

The Importance of Recognizing and Owning Your Grievances in Today's Society

Hey, it's Earnest Mann! In this episode, I’m talking about the grievances many people have today—both legitimate and not so legitimate. I’m going deep into the idiot parade, as I call it, which refers to people blaming life’s unfairness when they should be owning up to their own difficulties. These complainers often fail to recognize how their decisions, especially at work, contribute to their dissatisfaction.

Work Hard, But Don’t Get Exploited

I bring up a critical point about working hard—why do people kill themselves working for companies that don’t care about them? I reflect on how things began to decline in America after the 1970s and how corporations have progressively stripped away our dignity, leading many into a servile existence. I argue that people should unionize or take some other action, rather than expecting corporations to have their back.

The Feminization of Workplaces and Its Consequences

One thing that has exacerbated this issue is the feminization of workplaces, which began in the early 90s. I explain how we’ve become overly sensitive, making it nearly impossible to criticize poor work without causing offense. This has led to a decline in personal accountability, especially in the workplace. People used to be called out for being idiots, but that straightforward feedback is disappearing, and we’re all worse off for it.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm a deep thinking contrarian, a very pragmatic idiocythrope. I believe that function determines desirability and legitimacy. I don't like the superficial and/or pretentious, nor the shallow. I speak the truth as best as I know it.

With friends, I desire quality over quantity. I know some very important life truths I'm just waiting for you to ask about. I have found in life, many people talk about happiness, but are unwilling to pay the price for it, because even if they’re able to pay that price, they believe they shouldn't have to, because they are entitled to it, but I understand with absolute certainty, that such beliefs are typically due to stupidity, Insanity, or some degree of both.

This is not just another YouTube channel; I'm seeking to build a community of Intelligent thinkers daring to discuss, - and say - what the hell ever really needs to be said, so please help me, as well as others, by leaving your thoughts, and hopefully.... subscribing.

I believe we really can change the current status quo of an idiotic and fucked up purposeless treadmill existence, and actually improve this world, but it requires intelligence, honesty, and BALLS, all three of which are currently in short supply, especially the balls.

Thank you for taking the time, to read this, and remember to avoid anything or anyone stupid, as much as possible, your life will be far better for it.

Please consider, that by visiting the website and supporting this show, you're supporting an actual person, not some mega corporation, that wouldn't know human compassion if it hit them over the head! I look forward to you reaching out to me, and until next Monday or Friday remember, the world may be misinformed and crazy, but YOU, don’t have to be!

I have no problem with people with

0:01

grievances hell I have no problem at all

0:05

with people bitching and complaining but

0:07

when people are doing so not for

0:09

legitimate and intelligent reasons

0:11

basically because they're a [ __ ]

0:13

idiot then I have a problem and in

0:16

today's idiot parade that's exactly what

0:19

I'm going to be talking about idiots

0:21

blithering about the unfairness of life

0:24

when they are the ones that are actually

0:27

truly responsible for their own

0:31

difficulties if you work for a living

0:34

why do you kill yourself

0:37

working if you wanted a time frame for

0:41

when um things started to U go to [ __ ]

0:47

in America um at least in this last

0:53

generation let's

0:55

say it got underway really in around

1:02

76 and by

1:04

1980 the floodgates were

1:07

open to Mayhem and

1:11

stupidity and it has only gotten

1:15

progressively worse

1:18

since one of the things that was really

1:23

um actually quite good

1:25

then was the ability that you know no

1:29

matter

1:31

just about in any social situation you

1:34

were in as a

1:35

man um namely your employment or what

1:38

have you was that if you were being an

1:44

idiot someone would tell you

1:48

unabashedly and a lot of times most of

1:51

the time not very

1:54

gently something like your

1:56

employer looking at you when you had

1:59

[ __ ] things up and they look at you

2:02

and they say well you know what the [ __ ]

2:05

are you doing are you an

2:06

idiot I told you it's done like blah

2:10

blah blah blah

2:12

blah this was

2:14

before the mass

2:18

feminization if you had to you really

2:21

had to consider everyone's feelings

2:25

before you criticize them

2:30

if you were a [ __ ] idiot you were

2:32

told

2:33

so and um they hadn't quite made the

2:37

inroads yet this this didn't change this

2:40

didn't really get going solidly until

2:44

the early

2:45

90s so yeah um and actually you know it

2:49

was a good thing you could talk with

2:51

your buddies after work and uh you could

2:55

talk about oh yeah that uh that Jones

2:58

Jesus Christ what a [ __ ] buffoon and

3:02

we laugh and you know had some beers and

3:05

you know that was the end of it we but

3:07

there was no violence there was any

3:10

physical violence hardly ever because we

3:14

were allowed like adults to actually

3:18

have something called an

3:22

opinion hey there's a [ __ ] concept

3:25

for

3:26

you anyway it was the ability to not

3:29

only have but Express this opinion

3:33

freely that I believe as far as my

3:38

memory can go back and remember it was

3:41

the check break if you want to call it

3:45

that it was a actually a

3:48

mechanism to keep you from being a

3:54

[ __ ]

3:56

idiot those are gone

4:00

because we've been ever since

4:02

particularly ever since the early

4:05

90s um with the feminization of just

4:10

about everything in sensitivity

4:15

training um we're not allowed to say you

4:18

know yeah that guy he's [ __ ] idiot

4:21

and you know and if he's an idiot enough

4:24

to actually get rid of his ass and

4:27

hopefully get someone who isn't a

4:29

[ __ ] idiot

4:31

but especially you know we have always

4:33

for the longest time we've treated

4:36

females different than males so when

4:39

males I mean I'm sorry when females

4:42

started taking over uh what had been

4:45

here's this terrible word traditional uh

4:48

male jobs like in warehouses and things

4:53

of that ilk um you know you're you're

4:56

just kind of the guys you're you have to

4:59

be Sol because it's you know it's a

5:01

chick you don't you just don't it's a

5:03

foo paw we all know that or at least we

5:06

used to know

5:08

that you don't go up to a woman and you

5:10

don't say no what's wrong with you you

5:13

[ __ ]

5:15

idiot but in

5:17

retrospect maybe we should maybe we

5:20

should have then maybe we should

5:24

now because it's sort of like this

5:27

double standard against since they've

5:30

taken over and if you don't believe

5:33

they've taken over go to a [ __ ] Home

5:35

Depot or Lowe or whatnot at least at

5:39

least bare minimum bare

5:42

minimum half or women and on the surface

5:46

that well what's the problem that

5:49

actually it causes a really big [ __ ]

5:53

problem I don't have the time to go into

5:56

it with this episode but I will

6:00

eventually before I go any further I

6:03

just would like to quickly announce that

6:05

I am Professor Ernest

6:09

man University of Frostbite

6:14

Falls

6:17

um I don't know exactly what it is or

6:21

what mechanism that does not allow

6:24

people to recognize when they're being

6:27

an idiot like I said I I would assume I

6:31

suppose it might have something to do

6:33

with the fact that you know we don't

6:36

have any serious criticism that's

6:38

allowed

6:40

anywhere because it's not F it's not

6:45

nice

6:47

so if for instance when or when I went

6:51

to my first real

6:54

job I work I was working as I started in

6:58

a the lumber Department of a big box

7:02

Warehouse

7:04

place and um yeah I was super

7:08

gung-ho and I was like just shy of just

7:12

shy like a week or two shy of 18 so it

7:15

was a it was a big deal you know I'm a

7:19

big kid now you know and

7:22

uh

7:23

so the huge difference though at that

7:27

time um being a very very uh still

7:32

culturally strong uh Union uh

7:36

mindset was that what you were

7:40

taught you were not taught to be

7:42

submissive you were not you had yes

7:44

gender roles and I understood from the

7:48

youngest

7:49

age that any employer that you went to

7:53

that you were just Cog in the wheel and

7:56

especially particularly if it's not a

7:58

union job and they are going to [ __ ] you

8:03

any way they possibly can forget all the

8:07

nities and pleasantries or Donuts

8:10

meetings or any other hor [ __ ] they

8:12

throw at

8:13

you first and foremost they are there to

8:17

exploit you and they're there to exploit

8:19

the maximum amount of

8:22

production they possibly can but way

8:26

back when it was nowhere near the the

8:30

[ __ ] level of of absolute

8:34

servitude almost at the point of

8:37

slavery that they want you to be just a

8:41

a human robot that's it that's all they

8:44

want the point is is that coming into my

8:47

first real job um unlike the

8:50

forementioned person in this video who

8:53

is in the

8:54

description um I didn't have any

8:57

delusions at all about Los is a good

9:00

company

9:01

I'm me Tre me fair and I worked there

9:06

for six [ __ ] years and everything was

9:08

SW cuz I'm a good worker I love my job I

9:11

love my job I love old did I say I love

9:14

my [ __ ] job I didn't have any of

9:16

those

9:17

delusions I was going to be there for a

9:19

year or two and I'm [ __ ] out of there

9:23

because I understood the game whereas

9:27

apparently this person that I discussing

9:30

here didn't and doesn't now all they do

9:34

is [ __ ] moan and complain about how

9:38

terrible everything went of course a lot

9:41

of f bombs which I don't really have a

9:43

problem with hell I don't have a problem

9:45

with the fact that he's extremely

9:48

disgruntled I understand that part of it

9:52

but

9:53

what what is the idiotic part of this

9:57

whole problem is said apparently all he

10:01

talked about glowingly was the first 6

10:03

years oh I was so happy and then this

10:05

happened and then management started

10:08

becoming Pricks

10:09

and I don't understand cuz I was a good

10:12

worker they barely need

10:15

me and instead of understanding that is

10:20

their function their function is not to

10:22

be good to you to treat you fairly or be

10:25

kind or

10:26

anything their [ __ ] function and has

10:30

gotten worse and worse especially when

10:33

we deun de

10:36

unionized as I said before is to strip

10:39

you of all dignity all Consciousness all

10:43

intelligence anything and you were

10:45

nothing more but a servile complient and

10:49

compliant [ __ ] work

10:51

drone please allow me just a few moments

10:54

as a pause for the cause I know it's a

10:57

real struggle bringing home the bacon

11:00

times are tough you don't have to tell

11:02

me twice so if you enjoy what I do here

11:06

on the earnest man show would you please

11:09

consider a donation I could really use

11:12

some dough to keep things going on

11:14

around here and by clicking on my co-i

11:18

donation Link in the description below

11:20

even just a cup of coffee would be very

11:24

earnestly appreciated thank you now back

11:27

to the episode

11:31

so if you understand that which

11:34

apparently this person

11:36

doesn't um yeah if you understand the

11:40

game then you have no one to blame other

11:44

than yourself if you don't at least at

11:48

least

11:50

unionize and do something for yourself

11:53

instead of always waiting for them or

11:56

expecting them the company the

12:00

corporation to take care of you because

12:03

here's some [ __ ] news flash

12:06

buddy they're not they're not and they

12:10

never [ __ ]

12:13

will and the huge difference between me

12:16

if I may just end this was that I'm I'm

12:19

looking at this fellow and maybe now I

12:22

don't know he's I'm guessing in his

12:24

early

12:25

mid-40s my first big job

12:29

I knew all of this from day [ __ ]

12:35

one and so when the company and the

12:38

corporation when they de unionized there

12:40

was no surprises no bitching no moaning

12:45

and

12:45

complaining because I had enough [ __ ]

12:48

brains to know from the very

12:51

beginning that

12:53

um well the rule is this and tattoo this

12:59

tattoo this on

13:00

yourself never give a [ __ ] about the

13:03

company because ultimately the company

13:06

doesn't give a [ __ ] about you so yes

13:10

tattoo that matter of fact tattoo that

13:12

backwards on your ass so you'll always

13:15

be able to look in the mirror and see

13:22

it ah here's actual footage of my great

13:26

granddaddy man but unlike him who has

13:29

long since passed if you have any

13:32

About the Podcast

The Earnest Mann Show
A truly unique broadcast, Unabashedly celebrating unwokeness.
One of the many things I enjoy doing in life, is helping other people the best way I know how, by offering people a sanctuary of sanity in a world gone mad. I do this by offering a different perspective, a realist perspective on just about anything and everything. You see, I have found, that there can be amazing relevant connections in our everyday life, from very unlikely sources, meaning people that on the surface you might think would absolutely have nothing in common with you, but having a discussion with them, ended up benefiting my life, just with the exact information, and at the exact time I needed it! I'm telling you, you will be amazed at how communications with many life experiences can positively affect and improve your life! That is why I created The Earnest Mann Show, a place where we can talk about anything. From history, to current events, economics, politics and religion, to sex with space aliens, you name it, the topics for discussion are only as limited as our imagination, and your input, so leave a comment, because your opinion matters, in this big beautiful world we all share.
